COLUMBUS – Louisville came away with a 10-4 victory Sunday to split a four-game series with the Clippers on Sunday afternoon at Louisville Slugger Field.
With the score tied 2-2, all nine Bats came to the plate in the bottom half of the fourth inning. It started with a Chad Wallach double and from there the Bats plated six runs off seven hits and one walk.
At the end of four innings, the Bats led 8-2.
Lisalverto Bonilla (1-0) got the win for Louisville while Shawn Morimando (0-1) took the loss for the Clippers, who travel to Indianapolis for three games starting Monday night.
