Hernan Iribarren wasted no time in extending his hitting streak to 14 games, the longest active streak in the International League, with a two-run homer in the 2nd inning that put the Bats up 4-0.
Michael Choice hit a two-run home run in the 6th inning for Columbus.
On a rehab assignment, Homer Bailey pitched a season-high 5 1/3 innings, surrendering five earned runs on six hits and three homers, but the Louisville bullpen provided 3 2/3 innings of scoreless relief.
Pawtucket comes to Columbus for a four-game weekend series starting Thursday night at 7:05 p.m.
