Bisons stampede Clippers, 10-4

COLUMBUS – The Clippers fell behind 10-1 early and never caught up, losing to Buffalo, 10-4, Tuesday night at Huntington Park.

Mike Ohlman and Raffy Lopez each hit three-run homers for the Bisons.

Columbus didn’t get on the board until the third when an Austin Jackson double scored Daniel Robertson from first base, but that only cut the margin to 7-1. Buffalo scored three times in the fourth to put the game out of reach.

T.J. House (7-9) got the win for the Bisons while Adam Plutko (5-9) took the loss for the Clippers.

The Bisons look to sweep the series when the two team hook up at Huntington Park Wednesday night at 7:05 p.m.
