Bobrovsky out 4-6 weeks

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Blue Jackets say goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky will be sidelined four to six weeks by an injury that kept him out of his first NHL All-Star Game.

The team placed Bobrovsky on injured reserve on Monday, retroactive to January 21, general manager Jarmo Kekalainen said.

Bobrovsky suffered a groin injury making a save during a Jan. 21 game at Winnipeg.

The team recalled forward Josh Anderson and added goaltender Anton Forsberg to the roster on emergency recall from the American Hockey League’s Springfield Falcons, Kekalainen said.
