MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Brewers were able to shave their deficit in the NL Central to 2 ½ games by crushing Cincinnati while the first-place Chicago Cubs were losing big in Arizona.
Jesus Aguilar and Manny Pina crushed three-run homers and Gio Gonzalez allowed two hits over six innings of the Brewers’ 7-0 rout of the Reds.
