Brothers, 12 and 13, missing on NE Side

COLUMBUS – Columbus police say they are looking for two brothers who left their Northeast Side home late Thursday night.

UPDATE 5/3/19 12:02 p.m.: Both children were recovered safely at home Friday morning by Columbus Police after staying overnight with a neighborhood friend.

Kevin Ayebou, 12, (pictured) and his 13-year-old brother Mike both packed backpacks and left out the back door of their home at 10:30 p.m. after an argument about an incident that happened earlier in the day at school, according to Special Victims Bureau investigators.

The two were last seen in the area of Cleveland Avenue and Deewood Drive.

Kevin was wearing a red shirt and black pants. He is 5’4” tall and weighs 110 pounds.

Mike was in a blue jacket and green pants. He is 5’5”/95 lbs.
