COLUMBUS – Ohio’s U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown will deliver the commencement address for The Ohio State University’s 2019 autumn commencement Sunday.
Brown is a champion of higher education and hosts a College Presidents Conference in Washington to help connect Ohio college presidents with one another, as well as lawmakers, federal agencies, and other education experts.
Over 400 students and administrators from 68 Ohio colleges and universities attended his fifth annual collegiate leadership summit, held to connect Ohio college students with resources about careers in public service.
More than 3,500 students are set to graduate during a ceremony at 2:00 p.m. at the Jerome Schottenstein Center.
