CLEVELAND (AP) — The Browns ended their 17-game losing streak without winning.
After rallying in the fourth quarter, the Browns couldn’t finish off Pittsburgh and tied the Steelers 21-21 on Sunday.
Cleveland, which hasn’t won since 2016, couldn’t take advantage of six turnovers by the Steelers, five of them by quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.
