Browns scrimmage at the ‘Shoe

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The “Orange and Brown” is coming to the home of the Scarlet and Gray.

The Browns announced Thursday that the team will play its annual intrasquad scrimmage on Aug. 7 at Ohio Stadium.

The “Orange and Brown” scrimmage in the afternoon, which will feature a “competitive format,” will be free to fans.

Starting three hours before the game, there will be Browns alumni autographs, live music, food and beverage specials and interactive entertainment at St. John Arena, near Ohio State’s home field. The team will recreate Dawg Pound Drive, a 900-foot space near FirstEnergy Stadium’s south gates

Season-ticket buyers will have the first shot at free general admission tickets to the scrimmage. Fans can call Browns guest services at 440-891-5050 for more information.

The Browns played their 2014 scrimmage before 20,673 fans at InfoCision Stadium in Akron.

The club will again hold its preseason training camp in Berea, Ohio.
