COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ticket prices for some Ohio State home football games for the 2015 season are discounted enough to bring the price of a season ticket down by a few dollars.
Enough to buy a hot dog and a drink, maybe.
Tickets for home games against non-conference opponents Hawaii and Western Michigan will be the bargains this fall at $65, $14 less than the other non-premium games. That trim the price of a season ticket from $655 in 2014 to $642 in 2015.
If you want to see the Nittany Lions or Spartans, be prepared to fork it over. They have been designated as the two “premier” games on the schedule. Individual tickets to the Penn State game Oct. 17 will be $125 and to the Nov. 21 Michigan State game will be $150.
Games against Northern Illinois, Maryland and Minnesota will be $79, the Department of Athletics announced in a release.
The student ticket price will remain at $34 per game.
