COLUMBUS – Poor air quality in the San Francisco Bay area due ro devastating wildfires have fored the State women’s basketball team to cancel two games.
Sunday’s game at Stanford has been cancelled. The two teams will work on a rescheduled date next season.
Thst came after the Buckeyes’ game with Sacramento State, which had been scheduled for Friday, was postponed, then cancelled. The teams will work on rescheduling that game next season as well.
Authorities Friday night confirmed a new death toll of 71 and say they are trying to locate more than 1,000 people.
