COLUMBUS – Changes atop the Associated Press College Football Poll swirled around the Buckeyes but left them untouched at No. 3 in the weekly media survey.

Alabama moved into the top spot for the first time this year. Notre Dame moved up two spots to No. 2 after upsetting Clemson in a dramatic double-overtime game while the Tigers gave up the top spot and fell to No. 4, behind Ohio State.
The Big Ten is kind of upside down early in this strange and abbreviated season.
Indiana is No. 10 and Northwestern No. 23 in the latest AP Top 25.
Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska and Penn State are nowhere to be found. The last time that foursome of former national championship programs was unranked at the same time was Oct. 13, 2013.
Texas A&M moved up two spots to No. 5, the Aggies’ best ranking since they finished fifth to end the 2012 season.
Florida jumped two spots to No. 6 after beating Georgia to snap a three-game losing streak against its SEC East rival. The Bulldogs fell eight spots to a season-low 13th.
Cincinnati fell one spot to No. 7, behind the one-loss Aggies and Gators despite beating Houston Saturday to improve to 6-0.
No. 8 BYU, No. 9 Miami and Indiana round out the top 10.
