COLUMBUS – A clerk in a Driving Park convenience store exchanged gunfire with two men who shot at him and a customer from a moving car early Sunday.

Witnesses and surveillance equipment show two men in a silver Volkswagen Passat with a moon roof, firing several rounds at the store clerk at the Livingston Market, 1619 E. Livingston Avenue at approximately 2:58 a.m., according to investigators with the Columbus police assault unit.
Officers responding to the reported shooting found Jerome Mock suffering from one gunshot wound to the left shoulder and was taken to Grant Medical Center in stable condition.
Detectives say the two men fired at Mock, 28, who was a customer in the store, and at store clerk Sakher Alkhreisha, and that Alkhreisha, 32, returned fire as the suspects drove away.
Surveillance cameras captured the suspects inside the store prior to the shooting (above).
