LOUISVILLE – Mitchell Tolman’s three-run home run highlighted the Clippers’ offensive onslaught as the bats of Columbus hammered the Louisville Bats 10-1 Wednesday night at Louisville Slugger Field.
Tolman’s shot to right field capped a six-run inning that began with a solo homer by Bo Naylor.
Brayan Rocchio collected two RBI when the Clippers scored four runs in the fourth.
Hunter Gaddis (3-2) struck out nine while giving up a run on only two hits in six innings on the mound for Columbus.
