Clippers 10, Mud Hens 3

COLUMBUS – The Clippers avoided being swept at home by the Toledo Mud Hens by winning Sunday’s finale of the six-game series between the two teams, 10-3, at Huntington Park.

Chris Roller’s hit bases-loaded double in the sixth broke a 3-all tie.

Jhonkensy Noel drove in four runs for Columbus, three of them on a home run in the seventh.

Thomas Ponticelli (1-2) pitched two shutout innings for his first win of the season.
