COLUMBUS – Three-run homers from Oscar Mercado and Andres Gimenez led the Clippers to 12-4 win over Toledo at Huntington Park Saturday night.
Mercado’s fly to left in the fourth inning gave the Clippers a 4-2 lead.
Ben Krauth (1-0) got the win after replacing Heath Fillmyer, who gave up two runs on five hits in the first four innings.
