COLUMBUS – The Clippers beat Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Tuesday night, thanks to a two-run double by Yu Chang in the bottom of the 6th inning.
Columbus was trailing 2-1 when Chang smacked a ground ball to left field off reliever Joe Harvey, scoring Eric Haase and Brandon Barnes to put the Clippers ahead, 3-2, which ended up being the final score at PNC Field.
Harvey (0-1) took the loss for Scranton/Wilkes-Barre while Louis Head (1-0) got the win for Columbus.
The two teams conclude their three-game series Wednesday night before the Clippers return to Huntington Park to host Indianapolis.
