COLUMBUS – The Clippers blanked the Omaha Storm Chasers, 4-0, Sunday to earn an even split of their six-game series at Huntington Park.
Daniel Johnson put the Clippers in the board with a two-run homer in the first inning.
Starter Cody Morris did not pitch the required number of innings to earn a decision so Logan Allen (2-3) got the win after pitching the final five innings. The two combined for 14 strikeouts while allowing only four hits.
