COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Clippers broke into the win column with a 6-5 victory over the Louisville Bats Tuesday night.
Jesus Aguilar blasted two homers for the Clippers, a two-run shot in the fourth and a three-run shot in the seventh.
Travis Barnwart was the winning pitcher, going six innings and allowing only one run on two hits.
David Holmberg allowed two runs on five hits in five innings.
Mark Lowe got the save for the Clippers who wrap up their home series with the Bats this morning before playing three in Louisville.
