COLUMBUS – Trayce Thompson’s grand slam keyed a six-run fourth inning that sent the Clippers to a 6-3 win over Buffalo Sunday.
Columbus won two out of three over the Bisons over the weekend.
Josh Smith (7-1) got the win in relief while Sean Reid-Foley (3-4) gave up all six runs and took the loss.
The Clippers return to Huntington Park for a six-game home stand that begins on Tuesday night.
