Clippers 8, Indians 7 (11)

COLUMBUS – The Clippers beat Indianapolis 8-7 in 11 innings Sunday, giving Columbus back-to-back wins for the first time this season.

Ronny Rodriguez’s triple down the right field line scoring Giovanny Urshela from second base in the top of the 11th proved to be the game-winner.

Jesus Aguilar hit his third home run on the year, and Urshela and Erik Gonzalez each had three hits for Columbus.

The Clippers will now head to Louisville to begin a three game series with the Bats tomorrow night. Game time at Louisville Slugger Field is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
