Jacobs’ testimony will focus on supervisory, leadership and management training, according to a spokeswoman for the Division of Police.
The task force was established by an executive order signed by President Barack Obama on December 18 to find ways of strengthening public trust and relationships between local law enforcement and their communities while also promoting effective crime reduction.
