COLUMBUS, Ohio – Police say three people arrested early Wednesday morning are suspected of pulling off more than a dozen robberies of businesses in eastern Franklin County.

Joseph Churchill, 66, another man and a woman were arrested after being stopped by police after he was seen on video stealing coins during a burglary at the Wing Stop, 2836 Stelzer Road, according to police and media reports.

Police say Churchill is a suspect in robberies in Columbus, Whitehall, Reynoldsburg and Pickerington.

Churchill and his accomplices may be responsible for 15 robberies, according to a report by ABC6/FOX28.

Police say the number of crimes has not been determined so Churchill has been charged by Columbus and Whitehall police with one count each of breaking and entering and Columbus police have added a charge of possessing criminal tools.
