Ohio on Wednesday reported 413 new confirmed and probable cases of the disease caused by the novel coronavirus, bringing the total to over 39,575 with 2,457 total deaths, 36 more than Tuesday.
Those wishing to get a test do not need health insurance or a doctor’s referral but registration and appointments are recommended.

To schedule a test, residents can call Columbus Public Health at 614-645-1519.

A public health employee will contact those who test positive for COVID-19 and ask questions about where they have been and who they have been in close contact with, the process called contact tracing, which is used to contact potential cases so they can be quarantined to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
