COLUMBUS, Ohio – Arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 3 for a man charged in connection with a hit-skip accident in Hilliard that left a cyclist injured in September.
Tips to Hilliard police led them to the vehicle involved in this incident and the driver of the vehicle that hit Brad Young, 44, of Columbus, on Dublin Road south of Hayden Run Road in Norwich Township around 8:00 a.m. Sept. 1, according to Hilliard police.
Randall E. Pennington, 42, was indicted for failing to stop after an accident and tampering with evidence, both felonies, and will be arraigned in Franklin County Common Pleas Court.
