Dublin salutes Meyer, Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The City of Dublin is proud that Buckeye head football coach Urban Meyer calls the city home and it’s showing its appreciation for Meyer and the Buckeyes’ winning the national college football championship.

The city will recognize three-time national champion Meyer and the 2014 national champion Buckeyes by renaming two streets in their honor.

City crews will replace the signs at Bridge Street and High Street in the heart of downtown Dublin with signs that read “Urban Meyer Way” and “Champions Drive.”

City crews will be replacing the signs Wednesday afternoon.
