After a nine-month investigation by the Dublin police, a Franklin County Grand Jury on Friday returned a two count indictment against Holli Osborn in connection with the shooting death of her husband, Christopher Osborn, interim police Chief Justin Páez said.
“Due to the diligence and commitment of our Detective Bureau, in partnership with the Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office, Holli Osborn was held accountable for this senseless and tragic crime,” Paez said. “We are very pleased to bring this case to a successful resolution for the victim and his family.”
Dr. Christopher Osborn, 50, was found dead inside his Ennishannon Place home early on the morning of July 18, 2018.
Osborn was arrested by Dublin detectives and was indicted on two counts of murder with a firearms specification and taken to Franklin County Jail, Paez said.
