The 4,000-square-foot Eddie George’s Grille 27 will overlook the airport’s new south runway and will offer full table service, a full bar and a grab-and-go counter. The original Eddie George’s Grille 27, owned by the OSU Heisman Trophy winner and NFL running back, is situated in the South Campus Gateway.

Bob Evans Express is specially designed for venues such as airports, workplace cafes, universities, malls, service plazas and hospitals. The compact facility offers a griddle, eat-in-bar and takeout options.

Port Columbus plans to spend approximately $3.1 million for capital improvements to develop a new location for Eddie George’s Grille, which is expected to open next spring, and to prepare a space previously occupied by Quizno’s for Bob Evans Express.

HMSHost will also renovate Columbus Brewing Company and rebrand a Wolfgang Puck restaurant to a company-owned concept.
