COLUMBUS, Ohio – An 88-year-old woman has died of injuries suffered when the car she was riding in struck a Jeep that had run a stop sign on the Northeast Side a week ago, according to Franklin County Sheriff Zach Scott.
Ethel Vosler was a passenger in a 1992 Chrysler Imperial driven by Frank Vosler, 92, which was westbound on Morse Road in Jefferson Township at about 2:45 p.m. on Dec. 29 when the car was hit by a 2013 Jeep Wrangler with two male juveniles inside, which had failed to stop at a stop sign, Scott said.
Ethel Vosler was taken to Grant Medical Center by Jefferson Township Medics where she died at 1:55 a.m. Sunday, Scott says.
