DALLAS – Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott could be in more trouble with the NFL after being accused of being involved in a fight with a man at a Dallas bar on Sunday night.
The former Buckeyes star is still being investigated for assaulting a woman last year and could be facing a two-game suspension.
Sunday’s incident took place at the Clutch Bar, where police were called at 9:30 p.m. on a reported “disturbance.”
Witnesses say a DJ who had been drinking got into a verbal altercation with a woman in Elliott’s group and, at some point, Elliott struck the man.
The website TMZ reportedly has video of the aftermath, where the victim is on the ground, in pain.
An ambulance was called, and he was taken to the hospital, reportedly with a broken nose.
Elliott hasn’t commented, and his people say no complaints have been filed against him.
