SANDUSKY, Ohio – If Mom and Dad’s plan works, Scarlet Gray King will be wearing her football heart on her sleeve.
Not to mention her driver’s license, passport and marriage license.
A couple who root for Ohio State say they’ve made sure their baby daughter embraces their football allegiance by giving her a name that implies automatic fandom: Scarlet Gray.
And those are the colors that Justin and Kim King’s three-month-old daughter wears as her family watches Saturday games on their big-screen television.
Justin King tells The Sandusky Register the infant won’t have any choice but to be a Buckeyes fan for life.
Of course, kids have been known to defy the wishes of their parents but only time will tell.
Scarlet’s three-year-old sister is a free agent: Her name is Violet.
