COLUMBUS – A Cuyahoga County grand jury dismissed the rape allegation case late Monday afternoon against former Ohio State and current Oakland Raiders cornerback Gareon Conley.

According to a report in the Columbus Dispatch, the case was sent to the grand jury earlier in the day after it spent months in limbo.
Conley was accused before the NFL draft of raping a woman in a Cleveland hotel, but no charges were filed.
Conley has denied guilt throughout the process.
