COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State University police say an armed man held up a group of campus parking employees as they walked on West Campus Sunday afternoon.
According to a safety bulletin from the university, several employees of Campus Parc were walking on the footbridge over Carmack Road toward Bevis Hall at approximately 4:40 p.m. with the daily proceeds from campus parking lots and garages.
They were robbed at gunpoint by a man — described as black, 5’11”/160 lbs. with an athletic build, wearing all black, a hat or hoodie and something partially covering his face – who ran south toward Kinnear Road, police said.
