COLUMBUS, Ohio – Only one central Ohio team remains in contention for a state high school football championship.
Hartley (13-1) takes on Coldwater (12-2) in a Division V state final Saturday morning at Massillon Paul Brown Tiger Stadium.
A total of 224 schools qualified for the Ohio High School Athletic Association tournament. Beginning this season, there were seven divisions in the. The top 16 teams in two Division I regions qualified, along with the top eight from each of the 24 regions in Divisions II through VII.
