COLUMBUS – No fingerprints, no dental records. All Columbus Police detectives have to go on in the city’s latest murder is the victim’s legs.

Homicide detectives say the two human legs were found in the trash at Local Waste Services, a waste-collection facility at 1300 S. Airport Road, at approximately 3:53 p.m. Tuesday.
The case is being investigated as a homicide, but there are no known suspects or motives and investigators did not release any more information.
This is the 30th homicide of 2017 in Columbus.
