The two-time Cy Young Award winner dominated while recording his first shutout this season and second complete game.
Leonys Martin homered for the Indians, who were held without a hit for the first five innings by Felix Pena.
Martin was acquired at the trade deadline from Detroit and has two homers in three games with Cleveland.
