INDIANAPOLIS – The Indians’ Jared Oliva stole home with two outs in the ninth inning to give Indianapolis a 6-5 over the Clippers Thursday night at Victory Field.
Columbus battled back from deficits of 4-1 and 5-3 to tie the score when Bryan Lavastida knocked in Will Benson with a ground ball to short to tie the score in the top of the inning before Oliva pulled off the theft.
Austin Brice (2-2) got the win for Indianapolis.
