COLUMBUS – Police have charged a man who is serving time in prison with the 2020 murder of a man in North Linden nearly a year ago.
Raphael Smith, 49, who is incarcerated at Marion Correctional Institution, has been charge with murder in the death of Eric Young, who was found in a pickup truck in the 1400 block of Briarwood Avenue on Oct. 31, 2020, Sgt. James Marable of the Columbus police Homicide Unit said.
