COLUMBUS – It won’t be a ribbon-cutting, it will be a wall-demolition. But, what would you expect when the time comes to open the Legoland Discovery Center Columbus at Easton Friday morning.
The store/amusement park will open its doors to the public with a special celebration in front of the attraction and will be open to the public that includes the unconventional “ribbon cutting”: the store’s Creative Crew kids knocking down a giant Lego brick wall.
Families are invited to attend the grand opening ceremony, which will include a children’s parade.
Guests will need tickets to enter the attraction after the opening ceremony. The first 500 attendees will receive a limited-edition, grand opening LEGOLAND Discovery Center Pop Badge.
The 36,000-square-foot indoor attraction will feature two interactive rides, a 4D Cinema, 10 Lego play zones, MINILAND Ohio and birthday party rooms and more.
