COLUMBUS – Delaware County authorities are again appealing for help locating a bank robbery suspect, using a set of improved security-camera photos.
The man, described as white male, 6’1” – 6’2” tall, weighting approximately 200 lbs. and wearing a tan sunhat, sunglasses, and a brown or green zip-up hoodie, walked into the Key Bank on Owenfield Drive in Lewis Center shortly after 3:30 p.m. on July 15, said Tracy Whited, community and media relations manager for the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office.
He handed a note to the teller demanding cash. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and fled south on foot. Whited says no vehicle was seen.
