UPPER ARLINGTON, Ohio – An Upper Arlington man will go before a judge this week to face charges in a crash with a bicyclist.
Police say Andrew Inglis was charged yesterday with drunk driving, failure to stop after an accident and failure to keep an assured clear distance.
Inglis allegedly slammed into a bike ridden by “Dispatch” reporter Steve Wartenburg while Wartenburg was riiding on McCoy Road this past weekend, sending the cyclist to the hospital with a host of serious injuries.
