COLUMBUS – Police have arrested a man for stabbing his girlfriend to death in a North Side apartment Sunday.
HOMICIDE ARREST: 3/24/19@5:18pm Patrol was called to to 33 E. Duncan St #3. The caller said the female who lived there was dead. Patrol & @ColsFire forced entry & found 60yo Lisa Baker (W/F) deceased.
Her boyfriend 37o Jared Ferguson was charged w/murder.

Jared Ferguson, 37, was charged with murder in the death of Lisa Baker, whose body was found by police officers in an apartment in a building on Duncan Street, near Pearl Street, on the North Side, said Sgt. Eric Pilya of the Homicide Unit.
Baker, 60, was found shortly after 5:30 p.m. after a caller to the police dispatch reported that a woman who lived in in the apartment was dead and officers and fire personnel who forced entry found her, Pilya said.
Baker was the the city’s 24th homicide victim of 2019, Pilya said.
