COLUMBUS, Ohio – Detectives have no known suspects in the shooting death of a man inside an East Side apartment Tuesday afternoon.
Officers responding to a request to check on the well-being of Carl Pleasant just before 4:30 p.m. found the 30-year-old man in his N. Hampton Road apartment, suffering from a gunshot wound and unresponsive, Homicide Unit detectives said.
This is the 31th homicide of 2015 in Columbus.
