Man pleads guilty to ethnic intimidation

COLUMBUS – A man who followed another man home following a road-rage incident and was caught on video yelling racial slurs at the victim has been handed a six-month suspended sentence.

Jeffrey Whitman pleaded guilty to one count of ethnic intimidation Monday morning.

He was also placed him on probation for one year and fined $500 for the run-in in July, according to Columbus City Attorney Zach Klein.
