COLUMBUS – Police have no suspects in the stabbing death of a man on the Northeast Side Friday night.
Officers responding to reports that a man had been stabbed in the area near a strip mall in the 4400 block of Westerville Road at 8:51 p.m. found Jeffrey Johnson, said Sgt. Stanley Latta of the Homicide Unit.
Johnson, 29, was taken to St. Ann’s Hospital where he died at 9:42 p.m.
This is the 93rd homicide of 2018 in Columbus.
