COLUMBUS – Police say they have caught up with a man a charged with murder after his accomplice in a home invasion was killed by their intended victim earlier this month.
Juwaun Pitts is in the Franklin County Jail after being arrested on Saturday.
Detectives say Pitts, 20, and Brandon Lee Pollard tried to force their way into a home in the 3000 Howey Road on the Northeast Side early on the morning of Jan. 4 when they met resistance from an armed resident, several shots were exchanged and Pollard, 21, was shot to death
