ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Zavier Simpson had 11 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds, and No. 5 Michigan beat Ohio State 65-49.
Jordan Poole scored 15 points for the Wolverines, who led by six at halftime and kept the Buckeyes frustrated after that.
Ohio State has lost six of seven, and the Buckeyes’ chances of an upset in Ann Arbor were done in by their 19 turnovers.
Kaleb Wesson, with 12 points, and C.J. Jackson, with 11, were the only Buckeyes who scored in double figures as Ohio State shot only 30 percent in the second half.
