COLUMBUS, Ohio – Communities around central Ohio will be holding Memorial Day events this weekend.
Governor John Kasich ordered that all flags be flown at half-staff from sunrise until noon on Monday.
“This is a time for all Americans to reflect on the significance of the contributions and sacrifices made by the men and women of our military, throughout history, to preserve our freedom and way of life,” he wrote in a resolution issued Friday.
