COLUMBUS – Police are looking for a 12-year-old East Side boy they say ran away from home Sunday afternoon.
John Goins was last seen at Manns Mobile Park at 1:35 p.m. wearing a black and gray t-shirt,
gray sweatpants and a black and red winter coat, police said.
He is described as 4’8”/70 lbs. with brown hair and eyes.
