COLUMBUS – One suspect in a 2016 murder is behind bars but the other is still at large and considered armed and dangerous, according to Columbus Police investigators.
Homicide Unit detectives filed murder charges Thursday against Devon Rashad Kyles, of Whitehall, and Ray Charles Davis, Jr., of Canal Winchester in connection with the shooting death of Brian Woodson during a fight in October, Sgt. Jeff Strayer said.

Davis, 28, was arrested by Columbus SWAT officers Thursday but Strayer says Kyles, 20, is still on the loose and should be considered armed and dangerous.
Murder charges against a juvenile co-conspirator who has already been arrested and is currently incarcerated and awaiting trial.
Officers called to the Commons at Waters Edge apartment complex in the 4600 block of Refugee Road late on Hallowe’en night found Brian Woodson suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
It was the 82nd homicide of 2016 in Columbus.
